Equipment stability and durability are the core concerns of global buyers and the key benchmarks that determine product service life and user experience. Many potential hidden faults of electromechanical and intelligent equipment cannot be detected through conventional short-term detection, such as component heat decay, operational parameter drift, and intermittent system abnormalities. These latent problems will gradually emerge during long-term operation after delivery, affecting production efficiency and bringing unnecessary maintenance costs to customers.
In order to completely eliminate all hidden equipment faults before delivery and ensure that every piece of equipment shipped to global customers is in optimal working condition, we have formulated a standardized and stringent 24-hour minimum continuous aging test process for all finished equipment. Different from ordinary spot checks and short-term functional tests, our full aging test simulates the actual long-term working state of the equipment in real application scenarios. The equipment runs continuously and stably for no less than 24 hours with full load and standard operating parameters, comprehensively verifying the adaptability, coordination and durability of all hardware components and software systems.
To make the aging test process more precise, intelligent and traceable, we are equipped with a dedicated real-time equipment monitoring system for the whole testing process. The software automatically collects, analyzes and records all operational data of the equipment during aging, including operating temperature, operating current, voltage parameters, system operation status, response speed and other core indicators. The whole process is unattended and fully intelligent, avoiding missed detection and misjudgment caused by manual inspection.
More importantly, the monitoring system has built-in multi-dimensional abnormal early warning mechanisms. Once the equipment has abnormal conditions such as excessive operating temperature, high temperature surge, system stutter, parameter deviation and potential operational faults during the aging process, the system will immediately trigger an automatic alarm, mark abnormal data nodes in real time, and lock the test status. Our quality inspection team will conduct immediate troubleshooting, fault analysis and secondary debugging for the abnormal equipment. Only after eliminating all problems and confirming that all operational indicators are stable and qualified can the equipment enter the final packaging and delivery link.
Every 24-hour continuous aging operation is a rigorous quality screening. Through long-cycle simulation operation and full-process intelligent monitoring, we thoroughly screen out unqualified products with latent faults, ensure that all delivered equipment has no operational obstacles and hidden risks, and achieve 100% qualified pre-delivery performance.
Adhering to strict quality control standards, we always take customer use experience and product long-term stability as the core. The standardized aging test and intelligent monitoring system not only reflect our professional manufacturing strength, but also provide reliable quality guarantees for global customers, allowing every user to purchase with confidence and use with peace of mind.
